- Does the non-EU installation operator have working O3CI access?

  Ask the operator to check EU Login, two-factor authentication and the access request status.

- Have both parties agreed which installation record they mean?

  Ask for the installation reference and a named data owner; avoid exchanging unrelated factory records.

- Has the declarant shared the correct EORI with the operator?

  Confirm the declarant identity and EORI directly through your trusted business contact.

- Has the operator confirmed the relevant emissions data is shared?

  Ask which record and reporting period were shared, with whom and when.

- Can the declarant retrieve the record from the registry?

  Ask the declarant to check the third-country installation search in the Emissions area.
