Record the code, legal source version and the person who made the scope decision. - Is the country of production known for every batch or shipment being reviewed? Ask the supplier to map each batch to its country of production. - Are production plots represented by usable coordinates or areas? Request coordinates in an agreed format; the Information System supports map entry and bulk GeoJSON. - Can the coordinates be linked to the product description, HS code and quantity? Create a batch-level cross-reference so location data is not an unlabelled file. - Are legality and deforestation-free supporting records assigned to the same batch? List the evidence owner, document date and batch reference; do not upload confidential files here. - Has the responsible operator confirmed access to the correct production environment? Production submissions have legal value; acceptance-server submissions are for testing only. ## A practical supplier request - Choose one product code and one shipment instead of asking for every supplier file at once. - Request a batch-to-plot map plus the named evidence owner. - Test formatting in the acceptance environment, then complete the authorised production workflow separately. ## Common questions ### Which commodities does EUDR address? The Commission lists cattle, wood, cocoa, soy, palm oil, coffee and rubber, plus specified derived products. Exact product scope depends on the current legal annex and amendments. ### When does EUDR apply? The Commission lists 30 December 2026 for large and medium operators and micro or small operators already covered by EUTR, and 30 June 2027 for other micro and small operators. Confirm how your organisation is classified. Products newly added by Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/2102 apply from 30 December 2027; check the exact code and amendment. ### Can I use the acceptance server for a legal submission? No. The Commission states that acceptance-server submissions have no legal value. Production-server submissions can have legal value and may be checked by competent authorities. ### Does EcoBack verify my coordinates or documents?
