Which commodity family is involved?

The Regulation covers specified products made from the listed commodities. Confirm the exact product code against the current Annex I and amendments; do not infer scope from the family name alone. Products newly added by Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/2102 have a separate application date of 30 December 2027.

Has the exact product code been checked against the current EUDR scope? Is the country of production known for every batch or shipment being reviewed? Are production plots represented by usable coordinates or areas? Can the coordinates be linked to the product description, HS code and quantity? Are legality and deforestation-free supporting records assigned to the same batch? Has the responsible operator confirmed access to the correct production environment?

What the official system expects

The Commission says the Information System lets operators create due diligence statements, indicate exact origins by map or coordinates, and provide product details such as HS code, description and quantity. Production submissions have legal value; acceptance-server submissions do not.

Choose one product code and one shipment instead of asking for every supplier file at once.
Request a batch-to-plot map plus the named evidence owner.
Test formatting in the acceptance environment, then complete the authorised production workflow separately.

Common questions

Which commodities does EUDR address?

The Commission lists cattle, wood, cocoa, soy, palm oil, coffee and rubber, plus specified derived products. Exact product scope depends on the current legal annex and amendments.

When does EUDR apply?

The Commission lists 30 December 2026 for large and medium operators and micro or small operators already covered by EUTR, and 30 June 2027 for other micro and small operators. Confirm how your organisation is classified. Products newly added by Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/2102 apply from 30 December 2027; check the exact code and amendment.

Can I use the acceptance server for a legal submission?

No. The Commission states that acceptance-server submissions have no legal value. Production-server submissions can have legal value and may be checked by competent authorities.
